Group A
FC Vanyan entered the tournament as one of the favorites but failed to live up to expectations. Their campaign opened with a 3–3 draw against FHC, followed by a surprising 1–0 loss to Lakayanm. Vanyan bounced back with a dominant 4–0 win over Haiti, the weakest side in the group, before finishing with a scoreless draw against rivals FC Tiki Taka.
Tiki Taka, meanwhile, kept their momentum steady and sealed the top spot in the group with a dramatic 4–3 victory over Lakayanm on the final matchday. By winning Group A, Tiki Taka secured direct qualification to the semifinals, avoiding the dangerous Wild Card round.
Group B
Group B delivered fireworks from the very first match, as Lame A edged out Sigmas CT 4–3 in a thriller. Apa Nou also started strong with a 2–1 win over Viv Ansam, then nearly stunned Lame A, taking a 2–0 lead before conceding twice late to settle for a 2–2 draw.
Sigmas CT and Viv Ansam fought to a 2–2 draw in their second game, leaving both sides desperate for results. Meanwhile, Capital United made a statement early, overpowering Viv Ansam 5–2.
Viv Ansam, however, kept their tournament alive with a shock 2–1 win over Lame A, forcing their way back into Wild Card contention. Capital kept their momentum going with a 2–2 draw against Sigmas CT and a crucial 3–1 victory over Apa Nou, setting up a battle for first place in the group.
The group stage closed in stunning fashion: Capital United dismantled Lame A 6–0, a result that eliminated Lame A’s chances and pushed Viv Ansam into the Wild Card round. With the emphatic win, Capital secured first place in Group B.
